On 29 March, 2024 Rights Centre held a webinar on the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention for regional lawyers.

During the webinar the following topics were presented: the mandate of the Working Group, the terms and procedures for considering applications, application admissibility requirements, the relationship between case examinations by the ECHR and the Working Group, and the indicators of decision implementation by different countries.
