Webinar on International Criminal Court

Rights Centre NGO invites you to participate in a webinar on “ICC Warrants in Eastern European Countries and Legal Representation Opportunities for Victims in This Context,” which will take place on June 20 from 18:00 to 19:00 (GMT+4).

The event will feature a presentation by Dr. Sergey Golubok, a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and the Association of Counsel of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague. The webinar will be conducted in Russian.

Brief Biography of Sergey Golubok:

Dr. Sergey Golubok holds a Master’s degree in International Human Rights Law from the University of Essex (UK). He is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and the Association of Counsel of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague. In 2022, he appeared before the International Criminal Court as legal counsel for a protected witness in one of the pending cases.
